Welcome to Princess Atelier. By accessing our store and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
About Our Products
Princess Atelier specialises in handcrafted luxury embroidery, including ready-to-order crests, monograms, badges, appliqués and bespoke custom commissions. All pieces are individually made by skilled artisans using traditional Zardozi, Aari and bullion embroidery techniques.
As each piece is handcrafted, slight natural variations in size, colour, embroidery and finishing are inherent to the nature of the work and are not considered defects. Product images are intended to represent our pieces accurately; however, handmade items will not be perfectly identical to photographs.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, measurements and order details carefully before placing an order.
Ready-to-Order & Bespoke Orders
Ready-to-order products and bespoke or custom commissions are subject to different terms under our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
Bespoke and custom pieces are produced specifically according to each customer's approved design and requirements. Once production has commenced, bespoke orders become final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return or refund except where required by applicable law or in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability. Princess Atelier reserves the right to cancel or decline an order where payment cannot be confirmed or where a product is unavailable, in which case any payment received will be refunded.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping address and contact information at the time of ordering. Princess Atelier is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST and any other destination-country charges. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are outside the control of Princess Atelier. Such charges are not refundable by Princess Atelier.
Shipping & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Dispatch and delivery timelines are provided in good faith. Princess Atelier is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, natural events, public health circumstances or any other situation outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
Princess Atelier retains full ownership of all original designs, embroidery patterns, photography, written content and branding. Nothing on this website grants any licence to reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially use Princess Atelier's designs, images or content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Princess Atelier's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
Changes to These Terms
Princess Atelier reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this website. Continued use of the store following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
