The Bespoke Process

Send us your design, reference or requirements.
2. Discuss & Quote
We review the project and confirm the size, materials, craftsmanship and price.
3. Artisan Production
Once the design and order details are finalized and payment is confirmed, our artisans begin creating your piece by hand.
4. Dispatch
Bespoke orders normally require 1–3 weeks before dispatch. Production time may vary depending on the size, complexity and quantity of the commission.
