Princess Atelier is an India-based luxury embroidery atelier. All pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
Dispatch Times
Ready-to-Order Products: Ready-to-order pieces are normally dispatched within 1–7 business days after payment is confirmed. As each piece is handcrafted, occasional additional preparation time may be required.
Bespoke & Custom Orders: Bespoke orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 weeks after design and order details are finalised and payment is confirmed.
Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch
- India: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- European Union: 10–21 business days
- Canada: 10–21 business days
- Rest of World: 14–28 business days

Shipping Providers
Orders are shipped from India using a reliable shipping carrier, which may include India Post or another reputable courier service. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs charges, VAT/GST and any other destination-country charges. These are outside the control of Princess Atelier and are not refundable.
